The Shielding Effect

Started in 2020 by two of my peers and I to address the collapse of supply chains around the world. As the virus spreads across the United States, many hospitals have only days of personal protective equipment left.

We have mobilized our community of makers to use 3D printing to rapidly produce face shields for local hospitals while supply chains are being restored and larger industrial operations are being expanded.
